Websites, automation, marketing. From Brussels.

We don’t start from a solution. We start from a question: who has to find what, and what is stopping them today. It comes out the same way for a sole trader trying to fill a diary and for a museum opening an exhibition. Only the means change.

What we do

We build websites, from a simple shop window online in a week to an entirely bespoke commission. Whichever suits your situation, you are putting your image in the hands of a studio whose work has been recognised: two Awwwards mentions, Mobile Excellence and Honorable Mention, and a Website of the Day at CSS Design Awards.

WordPress, Drupal, Shopify or fully bespoke, we build a new site when there is nothing yet or when the old one has to go, we rebuild when it no longer looks like your company. The tool follows the objectives to be met.

What decides the rest is settled before the graphic design. Page structure, addresses, titles, how fast a page opens: that is where ranking in Google and the patience of someone who will not wait are settled at the same time. A slow site is a site people leave, and both problems are handled in the same place.

Our clients range from the sole trader to the multinational, by way of the SME and the institution. We design solutions that fit each of them.

A ten-minute task repeated forty times a month comes to eighty hours a year, ten working days. Orders copied from an email into a spreadsheet, a catalogue kept up to date in two places, the same question asked thirty times a month whose answer is already sitting in a document: that is where the time goes, not in the choice of a model.

We connect your software together, we install the assistant that answers from your internal documents, and we hand to agents the tasks that have to be done and not merely written down. Open building blocks, n8n first among them, and the model installed on your own machines when the data is not allowed to leave.

For a public tender, or for a company handling personal data, what counts is not performance but proof: where the data lives, on what legal basis, who has access. The European regulation on artificial intelligence adds a classification of systems and transparency obligations, and those constraints are handled at design time.

If you already know what you want connected, we quote for it directly. If you can only see that things keep repeating, without knowing where to take hold of them, that is what the audit is for: it lists the candidate tasks, the time they consume, what each would cost to automate, and the order in which to take them. It serves as much to rule out the wrong leads as to find the right ones.

A site nobody finds is a brochure in a drawer. We work the ways of bringing people to it, and they do not behave the same way over time.

Organic search is built over months and compounds. Paid campaigns bring enquiries faster, but they stop as soon as you stop investing. Answers from AI assistants also weigh more and more on how people inform themselves before choosing or buying. We spread the effort across these channels according to what each has to produce, and by when.

Most agencies set up a campaign and adjust it here and there, without ever touching the page that receives the clicks. Paying a euro to bring someone to a page where the button is barely visible produces nothing but a handsome report. We take both ends: the channel that brings, and the page that receives, either by working on it ourselves or by passing our recommendations to whoever looks after your site.

We install the measurement before the first euro is spent, and we start from the event that matters to you. An order for one, a form or an appointment for another, the number of visitors to an exhibition for a third. The rest is watched, but decides nothing.

How we work

A website, an automation chain or an advertising budget are answers. They mean nothing until the question at the top of this page has been settled, and that is the one we work through before opening a quote.

A request almost always arrives phrased in terms of a tool, and that is normal: it is the vocabulary available. But a rebuild sometimes hides a visibility problem, a campaign that does not pay sometimes founders on the page receiving it, and a task somebody wants automated sometimes gains from disappearing rather than being tooled. So we rule out as much as we propose, and we say so before quoting rather than after.

It is also why the three trades live under one roof. A site nobody finds, an advert leading to a page that does not convert, an internal assistant plugged into data nobody keeps up to date: these are three forms of the same gap between what has been built and what somebody actually needs. Treating them separately moves the problem from one trade to the next.

Awards

Our work is recognised beyond the circle of our own clients. The international juries that examined it bring together the most respected practitioners in the field, and they have singled it out three times.
